Urban Nest Estates is expanding across London, with a particular focus on Zones 1 and 2. We welcome opportunities ranging from individual homes of any size to entire residential blocks of up to thirty apartments, including properties available for outright purchase.

We are looking for units across London zones one and two, of any size, as well as full blocks of up to thirty apartments. We are also open to purchasing blocks outright.
If you own or represent an individual property, portfolio or residential block that could complement our growing collection, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Single units through to full blocks of up to thirty apartments. Studios, one and two beds, HMOs and more.

We are open to purchasing blocks outright, as well as taking them on to manage.

Housing a team, or a family arriving in London
If you are placing employees in London, or you are a relocation agent looking for the right home for a client, we would like to hear from you. The collection runs from one-bedroom apartments in Chelsea, Kensington and Marylebone through to a five-bedroom house with a private garden, so we can house one person on a project as comfortably as a family or a team arriving together.
Tell us the dates, the area you need and how many people you are housing, and we will show you what is available. If nothing in the collection is the right fit, we will talk through what else we can arrange.
